Granting unwarranted trust is betrayal of others' trust. Second-guessing proven experts is self-defeating and counter-productive. Trying to improve the un-improvable is a fool's game.

Make the 20% efforts in assembling the 80% successful team. Sift for the crème de la crème. Then, let them work and savor their 98% success rate. What's the point of further doubling their efforts and your own involvement, and only to arrive at a whopping 98.5%?
