This was taken in March 1999, right after the snow storm, when we got 40" of snow within 48 hours. I was going to a conference in Cleveland and got hit by a major blizzard on Thursday on my out-bound trip, and again by a follow-on blizzard on Saturday on my return trip. The calm after the storm was beautiful, as you can see here.
